Hi, my name is basstriaxis and I have 25 pedals. I even have one that is worth almost as much as my bass (Lovetone Meatball vs. Steinberger XM2TT)!

Yes, but I don't really think of myself as a gearwhore, I mean, it's not like I get paid to play with the gear. Whores get paid to "play," johns pay to "play." Anyway, I've got at least 25 pedals, 7 basses, 3 guitars, and a bunch of amps, cabs and miscellaneous gear, much of which is surprisingly useless but still fun to play with. For gigs and rehearsals, I probably use only 15% of what I own. I really enjoy trading stuff too, so pm me if you're looking for gear and you have stuff to trade!
  7. Nope, I sold it months ago, I need help...........

I've been accused of changing gear more often than I change socks. It's really not THAT bad.:D

A few months ago, I was challenged by a friend to name each piece of gear that I've had for MORE than two years... There wasn't much...a bass and a home-built 1x15, everything else was less than a year old.

OK, I admit it! I guess I'm now on the road to recovery.:)

heres all i have..i won't even have the bass till next week..lol

  13. Mainly I don't sell anything "just in case i'll use it later". Of course I never do; of course as soon as I sell something a need for it comes up.

OK, i'm an all-round hoarder! No bread-bags or anything though... :D
  14. Cool, but I'll pass, the guy offered me that bass a few months ago, the answer was the same, I know you'll like that bass :)

I hear you, there. Which probably explains why I have six electric basses, two guitars, an upright, five preamps, two poweramps, one head, one combo amp, way too many effects, and (here's the kicker) eight EA cabs, three Epifani cabs, two Mesa Boogies, one Eden, one Ashdown, one Raezer's Edge, and - ahem - three Peavey's.

Where do I sign up for GHA?

Or is that lose? I guess it all depends on how you look at it. I really do need to get rid of some cabs... :bawl:

The Peavey's would be the obvious place to start, I imagine. ;)

Hey, thrash_jazz, at least this addiction is less likely to kill you (unless or course it would be from carrying all that gear around!)
