Any Point in adding an extention cab?

    If i have a 150 watt 1X15 at 4 ohms, is there really and point in adding a second cab 4 to put it up to 200 watts at 2 ohms?
    How much louder would it be?

    I think you'll find it WILL make a difference! The wattage will not matter that much, but you'll be adding more speaker surface area and moving more air, which will make a difference.

    Adding a cab is by far the cheapest and most effective way of getting more volume. But make sure that your amp is happy at 2 ohms.
