I bought a used Roscoe LG-3000 on eBay not too long ago, and fell in love with it. So much that I bought a fretted LG-3000. Anyone else as enthusiastic about these basses as I am? I've owned a lot of gear over the years, but now I'm an all-Roscoe guy and will remain so for the duration. A question: anyone else have an interesting fretboard on theirs? My fretted has a sapwood streak on the rosewood board that is very, um, interesting? Unusual? Distinctive? I guess some other makers would stain it to match the rest of the board, but I think it's cool looking. And what do you like best about your Roscoe?

I implied but neglected to spell out in my first post that my first Roscoe was a fretless. So now I have a fretted and fretless 4-string of Keith's.
