Bought it via Steam over a month ago... I downloaded it right away and now I´m just waiting
(I work on Steam)
I have beginners GAS, so I don't have any money to spend on games. Plus, I went $50 over budget on my bass. I won't be buying Half-Life 2 for awhile. Maybe I'll look around on BitTorrent...
You work there?
Yup, pre-paid and impatiently waiting for it to be unlocked.
Nah, I'm still saving up for one of those 70 Teraflop IBMs so I can run it.
Yep! If anyone feels like this thread is spam, just PM me and I'll delete it. I'm just excited, the game is coming out soon!
Most excellent! And I would not classify this thread as a spam..
What do you do at Steam if I may ask?
B.t.w. I personally like the concept behind Steam very much!
Software mostly. There's a lot of miscellaneous - ops, support (for a while, thankfully there's now a big crew of nice folks to take care of that), etc, too. Glad to hear you like it - it's nice that a lot of the initial negativity has faded.
Yep, I bought it. Im just playing CS: Source to pass the time. Once some of the bugs are fixed it'll be a great game as well.
I'm getting it as soon as a bus passes by my dorm again, which should be in about 11 minutes.
I'm getting it after school!!
It just sits on my computer at home, but I´m at work so I cannot play it until this evening
Mission acomplished. Registering now! (I've got it preloaded already, so no need to install)
I got it for free with a video card I bought about ten months ago. Now I'm just waiting for it to show up in the mail.
BTW, I love the Steam interface. It's the ONLY reason I still play HL1 anymore... I wish the hacking on CS could be reduced.
What are the hardware requirements for HL2?
