Anybody Do EMG Geezers "Backwards"?

    What I mean is, has anybody installed the P of the Geezer set reversed: EA closer to the bridge, and DG closer to the neck? If so, please tell me your thoughts on how it sounds, especially compared to the conventional way of mounting a P pickup. Thanks.

    I have a body with that routing being made for me right now -- actually, two of those routings, like Leland Sklar's bass. I've got a couple of Geezer P's waiting to put in it, too. I should have the body in the next week or two, and will post a build thread, impressions, etc.

    Will do. I actually just got off the phone with Tommy at USA Custom, and the body is finished. It should ship out Monday. :bassist:

    I have a similar project in mind, except for some small differences. Could you PM me a contact/link to the company and how much they charged you for the body please? If you don't mind of course. I haven't found anyone willing to make one for a reasonable price yet.
