Sorta freaking out a little bit, I guess. I broke the battery latch on my G50 transmitter battery door (my fault). I emailed tech support and started a support ticket with 'broken battery door on TPB-12 transmitter'. Three days later I got a response and had to answer the response with what I wanted to do. I answered, saying I wanted an RMA to send the unit for repair. Not wanting to wait three more days for a response, I called them. It will take 15-30 minutes at $90/hour labor, plus parts. All told, I'll probably have $45 labor plus who knows what in parts, plus shipping both ways. Seems pretty steep to me. I just wondered if it would have taken three days to answer my response of "yeah, I want it fixed...gimme an RMA please". Anybody have any experiences? Mods, if this is in the wrong forum, please move. Sorry.
