Anybody NOT like fanned frets?

So, I'm pricing new basses, and I just learned of Dingwall basses with the fanned fret system, and am really intrigued. Everyone seems to say that it is really easy to get used to. Is there anyone out there who has played a bass with fanned frets and not liked it?

Right here - I had a specific problem with the fanned fret system, but it wasn't really because they were fanned... I had a real hard time with the long scale of the B and E strings; 35" is about my limit, physically. Still I wouldn't mind giving Dingwall another try, it sounded INCREDIBLE.
