Can you post photos of them. What do you like and dislike about them? Thanks

What I like about it? Tone, tone, tone - especially the fretless neck.

What I dislike about it? It weighs 19+ pounds.

funny thing why are the fretted necks always the closest to the eyes? Wouldn't you want the fretless neck to be the easier one to see?

just curious (no malice intended), do you play with your eyes or your ears?

i imagine that the fretted neck is used more, and when it's on top/closer to your arms, it's easier to play.

I need to look at my fretless when I play it. I don't know how you could possibly find the right notes all over the neck and be in tune without looking at what you're doing.

I had a lined fretless at one point and I really couldn't pull my eyes away from the FB... It got bad enough, where I wasn't looking up enough to make eye-contact with the rest of the band to get the 'cues'...

My ears do the work now, it has been a great lesson in ear-training.... I guess it is like keeping your eyes away from the keyboard when typing. After a while it becomes 2nd nature.

I do understand where you are comming from with the lined ones. I have built and sold several lined ones and I find myself looking at the lines too much too. I like side dots only.t
