Hey everybody, remember a mid 70's Precision bass that was advertised first as a 1962, then a 1961? Well, it's back again; this time as a "circa 1960's P-bass." I thought about emailing the guy again, just as I did the last time. However, it seems that he just doesn't want to get the message, so I said to heck with it. A mid 70's P-bass, in great condition would probably get big dollars anyway, so why does this guy keep lying about it? Somethings obviously not right, but I don't want to accuse him of anything crooked in an open forum without proof. Maybe he just never learns?
Your intentions are honorable, Beef. But what can you say??? That's the downside of eBay - Caveat Emptor . Maybe that's how the seller ended up with it anyway - they were a victim of their own ignorance, too.
