Anyone bought one of these new SX's?

    I saw these on ebay (not on the Rondo website.) A P-body with J pickups.

    O thats my kind of jazz bass! (Ie: with a p bass body).

    Yep. Probably made in the same factory, too.

    These are going for $149.00. How much are the Squiers (have seen them, don't remember the price) Looks to me the string spacing might be narrower than the Squiers(?)

    I'm looking to grab the $149 Jazz 5 Sunburst... I might grab this instead... I'm kinda upset it's not a split P. Kurt said the P5 was coming... I wanted it to be a real P

    Also I doubt the Squier was solid alder and I think they were $250ish

    Why bother without P-bass pickup.

    I'm game for one of these, even with a split pick up. I would have preferred that the string tree be mounted over the B string too.
