    Hello -

Just wondering if anyone has ever added an EB-type neck pickup to a bass and if they could share how they went about installing it. Pictures would be great!.

    Thanks

    FWIW:

Maybe I'm missing something here but I just screwed it into the body through the cover plate (EB-0). I'm a bridge guy not neck and the narrow string spacing not only requires the inner limits of a Schaller roller bridge with it placed at the neck but it also throws significant limitations into the bridge pup that can be used with it and prevents using it below the neck position without a bridge that will be good for not much else. It was different but not to my liking and I chucked it with no pics taken in the process. When used alone, a very dark dirty pup with basically no versatility from what I recall. But that's coming from a single J guy.
