I have aquired one and I'm not really a Fender fan but he bass just sounds great, its jet gloss black and has chrome hardware and to me it looks cheesy. What I want to do is stealth it out and would like to know where I can get all black Fender type hardware. I have priced All Parts black clover tuners but they ore rediculously expensive, close to $65 or more per tuner. I have strap buttons and knobs. Need a black bridge that is solid and a retrofit, does Fender sell these parts. Thanks in advance.

Okay, first what you didn't ask for. IMO, what makes an instrument stand out is contrast, blacking out a bass makes it disappear, but to each their own.

I can't really help you on the bridge. I have used one of the economy black 5 string bridges here: http://www.basspartsresource.com/bridge_economy.htm but I am pretty sure that the spacing is LESS than what is on the Squier Deluxe V.

On the tuners, I have used these: http://www.rondomusic.com/bmh1530bk.html the hole pattern is probably different, but they will get the job done. Let us know what you wind up doing.
