Anyone familiar with implementing RealPlayer content?

I've got a RealPlayer (.rm) file, and I want visitors to be able to click on a webpage link and view the clip in streaming format. Simplest freakin' thing in the world, you'd think. Have yet to find the most basic answers in the documentation for Adobe GoLive (my web authoring tool that 'supports' Real media), online resources at Adobe, or at real.com. Google searches have been thus far fruitless, as well. I know the info is out there and I'm usually pretty good at digging it up, but I must be looking in the wrong places today.

I tried making a simple link to the file, but it doesn't stream - it downloads the file completely before opening the Real player.

    Ideas, anyone?
