Basically im after a long scale 5 with EMGs. Found an ibanez BTB705 that is all those things AND neck through.

Its out of stock, not back for months.

Then i see a second hand spector ( always always wanted one ), but its the 'Q5' model which ive never heard of and cant find any info on. But it is EMG equipped and long scale ( but bolt on ) ....

Anyway the ibby is £625 new, the spector is £500 second hand .

    Gentlemen opinions please!!!

turns out even someone whos 6'4 has trouble with the BTB neck. Christ its huge! Great for slap i think but not for speed.

Played a spector rebop in the shop. In love.
