"Flow My Tears" is transcribed in the Stu Hamm Bass Book from Hal Leonard Publishing. I doubt there's a tab version of it online. The only part that's difficult to figure out by ear is the bridge, which features a melody on the G and D strings over fast triplets played on the E and A strings. The rest of the song is tapped notes over Em9 and C9.

You can transcribe "Moonlight Sonata" yourself if you have the patience. As there are always three notes being sustained simultaneously, the notes themselves will dictate the fingerings you must use. Generally, the arpeggios are confined to the D and A strings, with a few exceptions. Hint: in the coda, cross your hands, ie. play the G# bass pedal with your right hand. Might not work for you, but it works for me. Good luck.
