    Just wondering if anyone out there has one or had one in the past and what their experiences were with this amp head?

    I bought one used ($130) a little less than a month ago and so far I like the tone and haven't had any problems. I have used it with a GK Backline 410 and a GK Backline 115 separately and as a stack.

    Any thoughts?

    thats a great price for that amp .
    is it an older model or the new version ?

    in the past i've used it to push two 8 ohm Avatar cabs .
    { 4 ohm total load @ 400 watts } .

    to me , it seems like a well built , reliable and decent sounding
    little solid state amp . { in my opinion , of course }

    i recently installed the amp in my old Carvin RC210 cabinet , and
    have had great results with it .

    i use this combo for practice every week .
    i also take this one to jam sessions , where i know somebody
    is gonna ask me " hey man , can i use your amp ? " :D

    here's some pictures ...
    oh yeah , i painted the "HARTKE" name with red paint to match the tweeter ...
