They dinged my debit card twice for a single order on 12/2 still no resolution as of today 12/19. I am in the hole quite a bit all this time and they say there is not alot they can do! They put a hold on your card, then bill it again, and they say they are having trouble removing the hold. I asked for a credit but they will not do that, inferring its the banks problem. One item I received was a re packaged odd part with a hand written part number on it that matched one of the items I ordered. On 12/5 they said the correct part went out but still not here on 12/19. I am trying to be being patient but jeez. The credit/debit card thing has me worried.
The banks can be slow in removing the hold on the card. Its happened to me with another company. I called the bank to get them to speed up the process. Good luck. As far as shipping goes, its the holiday season and shipping can get backed up a bit.
