    Jackson basses? I was in a shop today and played a very cool one. It wasnt like any of the others i have seen, the body was sort of a Marleaux shape...any one know anything about these? where i can find some info or pics?

    Jeff Rader, those arent the ones, this one looked similar to a Marleaux... thanks for the link though.

    They discontinued that one, thank god!

    They ripped off the Marleaux Consat design 100%.

    Thank you JMX! I liked the one i play the other day... Sucks they ripped off of Marleaux and all, but people play Ibanez and other brand who ripped off of the "Strat"..

    No problem if you like it.

    I just don't like 'em because I know the Marleaux guys, and I remember from the Musikmesse that year that the Jackson guys were not very nice or fair when Gerald and Tilman (Marleaux) tried to negotiate with them.

    Damn, those Marleaux basses look sweet. I can see why some one would rip them off. Nice bass! Bad imitations.
