Anyone know the tension on the Jamerson flats?

  1. Just I'm thinking of trying some out...I'm curious coz loads of people here say they find them PAINFUL after a bit, just wanna compare them to the strings I've got now...

the tension is similar to the fender 9050s that are 105-55, I've used both and I prefer the labella's, but I don't find the tension to be much more. If you have trouble playing them it just means you need to build up some finger strength, If you play upright you shouldn't have any problem at all, if not give them some time. I've also noticed the tension seems to differ depending on how high your action is or how much relief. The higher the action the more tension.
