Anyone Know Who Mfrs These Tuners?

    I'm looking for the mfr that makes these tuners...

    Took me a while to realize mfrs means manufactures. I thought you attempted 'makes' and had a bit much to drink. ;)

    Sorry, I thought it was a pretty common abbreviation. The "bit too much to drink" starts tomorrow while I'm on vacation.. ;)
