Anyone seen my Vantage?

I owned a Vantage bass somewhere around '95 or '96 that looked pretty much like the 725B pic you posted, but fit your description of having 4 pots (2 vol and 2 tone). I don't remember the model number, but would assume it was a 730B. It was a passive 4 stringer (gloss black w/ black hardware, basswood or alder body, bolt on glossy neck w/ rosewood fingerboard) with the same pickup configuration (split P at the neck, jazz at the bridge) as your pic. I paid around $300 new for it at LouRose Music in Edison, NJ. It was my "re-entry into bass playing" bass after a 10 year hiatus and I bought it because it was similar, yet cheaper than a comparable "Bass Collections" bass they had there that I was lusting after.

There's not a lot I can tell you about it. It was a halfway decent entry level bass, but looking back at it there was nothing that particularly stood out about it

A bass and flying V. would love to have them again. it was late 70's early 80's
