Anyone used a Roland Cube 100?

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by bassbuddy, Feb 15, 2005.

  1. I've got a line on a new one cheap I was thinking of picking up for use as a practice amp and for small gigs, mostly with my upright. Anybody have experience with these? Most concerned about it being able to handle the low-end "boom" of the URB.

I too am anxious to see/hear/try one of these out. I've played through the 30 and really liked it.

Roland doesn't have much info on their web site...not even a manual.

A local store told me that they've had one come in and sell already, but no other info.

Bassbuddy...how cheap is cheap? Zzounds wants $445.95 with free shipping and no sales tax for most of us in the US.

  3. Cheap is about $250 shipped, which is a hell of a deal IF it does what I want. If not, it's not worth the hassle.

Yeah I've only played the 30 as well. For a small amp it sounds awesome. Such a grunty sound out of a small amp.

  5. $250 shipped?!? Is this deal available to everyone?
