Anyone using the Okko Motorbass?

    Interested in this, but haven't seen many reviews of it.
    How do you rate it? How does it sound for a gritty overdrive or distortion (not just the Lemmy tone)?
    Does it just get the one tone or can you get a range out of it?

    I just ordered one, so I'll tell you how it goes. It's coming from Canada, so it might take a while. I am looking for a mild overdrive/distortion to push my amp just a bit for heavier parts of songs. Most of the reviews on YouTube are for solid state amps or computer plug-ins. Mine is all tubes, so at least I'll have that POV. I love the Lemmy sound and can see it working well in a few songs. Not that my band sounds like Motorhead, more posthardcore (Fugazi territory). The videos seem to show it sound good on chords, which I do lots of. Is that Peter Hook from the Joy Division days btw?
