I just purchased one of these pedals off ebay, as it was highly recommended and after listening to the sample on their site I was sold!

My question is, what order should it be placed in the pedal board. I would assume it should be the first thing it goes through, but the thing is, I dont think i'll ever have the need to turn it off.

Does anyone else have one of these? what do you think? any suggestions, or comments? anything pertaining to the aphex bass xciter would be interesting!

    Thanks guys

I guess i should state that the other two pedals im using is the Boss ODB-3, Electro-Harmonix Synth, and the Boss RC20 loop station. I will eventually add a delay and octave pedal, which im still trying to deside on which ones are best for my money. I'd like to spend as little as possible but i always want to get the most features for my moneys worth, so spending a bit more is fine. any suggestions on those pedals while we're here.

I would assume that you would want the Aphex last in your chain. That way, it can do what it has to do with your complete pre-amp signal. This sounds logical to me, but I'm not certain that it's right. My suggestion would be to experiment with it's placement and leave it where it sounds best. Also, is there any information in the manual about using it it an effects loop. I might pick one up and that would help influence my decision. Thanks and good luck.

Last in the chain just like the manual suggests. If you put it first it will change the dynamics, but you may like that, move it around and listen to your ears what you like best.
