Yesterday I added an APHEX easyrider compressor into my rig...

Every piece of APHEX gear that goes into my rack makes a dramatic improvement for my tone!

I LOVE the way this is hooked up and sounds...

My current signal chain works as follows:

Instruments go into an APHEX 207 tube pre-amp...

Inserts go out to the APHEX easyrider compressor, from the compressor to a pair of Gibson digital Echoplexes, from the Echoplexes to an APHEX 204...

And then back to the inserts of the APHEX 207...

From the APHEX 207, the outputs go into a STEWART 2.1 power amp...

And then stereo out of a pair of AccuGroove El Whappos!

My first gig with this current signal chain will be tomorrow night!

SOLO BASS LOOPING in Big Sky Montana...

If anyone is in the area, come hear the rig at the ALPINE lounge in Big Sky!

The rig sounds so clean! TIGHT, and HUGE!

The compressor really added to compliment the setup ... it provides the 204 with just enough extra gain coming in that you can really hear the 204 flexing it's muscles!

I strongly urge you to seek out and try some APHEX gear!
