are my pickups standard size?

  1. they are 39mm by 104mm, everything is in inches and i dont understand the conversion (what with all these fractions and the like) what pickups would fit?

    39mm= 11/2" 104mm = 41/8"
    Are Music man pickups these size?
    any pictures?

    those pickups seem to be similar sizes...

    1.5"= 39mm
    Any way your pups are soapbars . Standard size ie EMG LF make them
     
  6. bartolini replacements that are the same size (m4's) seem to be 5 string pickups only... does this matter?

    Awesome program for converting basically anything to anything (hint, inches to mm is under the "distance" tab).....

    To work out what what (for example) 3/16" (of an inch) is in decimal you just divide 3 by 16 = 0.1875" which you can then convert to metric with "convert" ie. 0.1875" = 4.7625mm

    as for your pickups, email Brian at Best Bass Gear, tell him the dimensions, he will guide you in the best direction for replacemnts and say hi from Guy while you're at it!
