Power up my DeLorean!!!!
I hear theyre going to install it on a blimp.
To a 2 mm. sized target???
Dang! How vaporized can something get?
Youda thunk it would just drill a 2 mm. hole straight through the planet.
500 terawatts coming from 1.85 megajoules means the beam only lasted for something like .0000005 seconds. Not enough time or energy to drill a hole in the earth.
Still very impressive
Yup, few ms pulse.
They fire it into a chamber to simulate fusion reactions IIRC.
But enough to put yer eye out if you were staring directly at it.
Interesting. They aren't building a Death Star. It's not fully operational.
Edward Moses does say that it's fully operational...
Aww hell don't need a laser for that. Just a Red Ryder BB gun.
If they can attach the laser to a shark's head, then the world is in trouble.
Sweet. When do these go on the market? My cat loves chasing lasers.
Not just ANY Red Ryder BB gun. No sir. It would need to be an official Red Ryder carbine action 200 shot range model air rifle.
Wow something close to a death star. Put that on a satellite or the moon you can have a nice superweapon.
Wow those command and conquer games kinda foreshadows what Superweapons the US will have.
I think mass accelerators (rail guns) are a little more efficient than super lasers
Something something something dark side. Something something something complete.
Are you going to join the Rebel Alliance or are you going to take Darth Vader's shilling?
