    That bass certainly looks good, but there are two things to consider:

    1: due to the short upper horn it may be neck heavy

    2:due to the single pickup and the simple electronics, the bass may or may not be the most versatile sound-wise. If you're looking for a rocker, this may be the bass for you, though.

    Ooops, I just noticed, it seems to be medium scale, too. Yet again, medium scale basses generally aren't the most versatile.

    It's a solid bass with an aggressive tone due to the pup being closer to the bridge. The output is hot and great for rock. I have used mine for many styles of music and recorded with it for many years. The shorter scale is really nice and easy to play.

    Does it have the original case? If so, I'd say get it.

    I had one as my first bass, that was 20 years ago so I don't remember it that well. It must have been pretty decent because it did not make me quit playing.
