    am I missing something here? A made in Korea Aria Pro II bass? Uh... so?

    I could see if it were one of the neck through models made in Japan, with the "oval" inlays that they used on their high end elite basses... but this one just screams "budget bass". Still - it should fetch $100 or so I guess. Bridge looks nice.

    I have a bass very similar to that one, actually. Mine is a neck-thru made in Japan, not Korea. I put a set of Nordstrand pickups in it and shielded it since this photo was taken:

    True it is a "budget bass" but $30?

    With new strings and a set of pick-ups that thing would sound pretty darn nice.
