    I'm planning to stop by his shop soon. Beautiful pieces. I really want to hear how they sound. Young guy. Lives near me. Nice to talk to also.

    Prices start at $3000

    that's about 5000$ canadian :(
     
  7. Yes, American prices make me sad as well.:(

    I am considering a Warrior bass right now, but the price of what I want is gonna run ~$7000CAN. I could get some killer CDN built basses for less than that. The Warrior buy to build is a pretty good incentive though.

    As for those basses, I most like the last 4 string. The second one with all the custom work is also very nice. I like the top one the least. To me the body is too asymmetrical.

    I like em. Almost not my bag...but there is something about them. Can't argue with a nice bass!

    Very nice on the ones where the body end of the neck is curved to match the top of the headstock, and harmonize with the bottom contour of the body. Hopefully the extra wood at the bottom helps to counter neck dive since the upper horn is fairly short on some of them.
    That blue quilt one is really nice.
