Ashdown ABM series cabs

So I got an offer to buy two cabs brand new, $350 each Abm 210h-evo-iv and ABM 115h-evo-iv. I cant find much info on the interweb about these. Are they good cabs? Probably going to power them with a Carvin B1000. Thoughts or otherwise??
