Ashdown Five fifteen woes

hello all

i have a ashdown five fifteen 65W, and im having all sorts of problems with it. at first it just wasnt working at all, so i got a replacement transformer from ashdown and now all its doing is blowing the 500MA fuse in the plug section. ive tried replacing a capacitor that looked a bit dodgy to no avail. is there anything i can do other than pay out of my ass to get the heavy brute to ashdown for them to look at? ive getting sick of buying fuses
