Ashdown MAG500 Evo ii output?

I know this has probably been done to death... however I'm at a loss, and haven't managed to find anything in any of the online manuals for this amp. I'm more wanting to make sure that this head will not fry my cabinet, so I was wondering if anyone would happen to know the output of an ashdown mag500 evo ii head at 8ohms? My cab is a Mesa boogie Diesel 1x15, which I believe is 400w at 8ohms, would this be safe to run at bedroom levels, rehearsals and gigs?

I have always had great success emailing Ashdown with any questions.
But I think you are ok at moderate to bedroom volumes.
Your head is rated 500 to 575 watts at 4 ohms I think.
So an 8 ohm load would put the amp at roughly half that.
But email Ashdown for absolute verification.
