Ashdown Questions

I've got the 900. Don't knwo about it being bridgable, but the stereo is there. Great amp, couldn't say enough good about it. I love it. And that 575 is LOUD. Trust me when I tell you this. Great amp. Very versatile. I haven't ever had a problem with mine and it's just a pure work horse. Great amp, if you do get one it's worth it and you'll definately appriciate it.

However, I will say unless you are or are planning on running 2 4 ohm (or 2 combos of 4 ohm) cabs then just the 500. You really don't need the stereo otherwise.

i've got the abm 500 rc evoII. great head, and it is loud. i play in a loud rock band and have never run out of steam with it, playing outside venues or medium large inside venues. sorry, i can't give you a reference for "loud" other than the ampeg svt III pro i used before it was really struggling with the venues that the ashdown can play at a master level of about 3.5/10. personally i can't imagine needing more power (taking for granted you have some good cabs) unless you just want to lug around more weight and like the bragging rights of a bigger more powerful head. out of interest i run an Eden 210XST and an Eden 212XLT, both 8 ohm cabs.
