This little amp has a great sound, a smooth compressor and programmability out the wazoo. I have not had any problem with the noise issue, it has a slight hiss that is only noticable in a very quiet room. I have never heard it on a gig.

It is in the original box with the metal covers and soft case. I just needed more power.

Great head... I have one that I had bought to temporarily replace my LMII which I did not like. I was surprised on how versatile the amp is and thou I just got a Genz Benz Neopak, the Superfly is still getting use and staying with me. The hiss is only noticeable in a quiet room and cannot be heard in a performance setting.

You don't have any of the problems with it not powering on occasionally do you? How old is it? I had one that had trouble powering on sometimes. Pretty nice tone though.

It takes a few seconds to boot up but other than that no problems at all and yes the tone is really nice. It has given me major GAS for a beefy EVO head!!!
