Selling my Atelier Z bass. This is a fantastic sounding jazz styled similar to a Marcus Miller bass. It has: Chambered alder body w/ an ash top Maple neck and fretboard w/ blocks and binding Atelier Z single coil pickups (70s spacing) Atelier Z preamp: V/V(push/pull for bypass)/treble (boost/cut)/bass (boost only) Gotoh hardware 18mm string spacing It weighs about 9.5 lbs. It's in great shape, the only flaws are a small chip in the finish by the strap button and some scuffs on the pickguard. Currently strung with unknown flats. Comes in a TKL softcase. Price is $1600 shipped, US only. No trades please. Thanks for looking!
These seem like the right strings for this particular bass. Also have a hard case fitted for a jazz bass I can ship it in too if you prefer.
Yeah, it actually outlines the ash top. I think it may be a piece of walnut or something. It looks thicker on the arm rest because of the contour
I'm not exactly sure as I'm not the original owner. It's not old tho, I believe they started putting "guitar works" on the headstock just within the last few years.
Putting this up for trade. Not really looking for anything specific, just kinda seeing what's out there. I like Warwick, Yamaha, Lakland, Sandberg.... Let me know what you got!
