    i played an ibanez atk, new series at a local shop. i'd like to know your opinion about those basses. mine is that they soud really good for the price and thay are really versatile. what about your opinion about sound, playability and sound in the mix?

    You mean that they are back??

    The ATK300 I had was Great!! Sounded excelent.. it had a big tone. Good playability and cuts trough the mix flawlessly.
    It is a great bass for the money.

    The ATK series are not available everywhere. I seen threads that they're in Japan, Itlay etc. I have'nt seen them in the USA for a while. Just go to your local Ibanez dealer & se if they can get one for you.

    here in italy they are available at really good prices. this is the new atk line with a jazz style pickup addedd in neck position. they are made in korea and not in japan, available in 4 and 5 strings. anybody playing one?
