After gigging with this cab over the winter and loving it completely, I had an opportunity to pick up a Thunderchild 115. I kept both for a while and have decided to keep the 115. They are very similar in sound - the 115 will handle my loud funk gig a little better so here goes.

The cab is in mint condition - only some slight scratching and no chips. I have the plugs, of course. This is a non-AF cabinet, 4 ohms (as all Thunderchilden are). This is a great cab, and I can't tell you the comments and horrified looks I would get carrying this shoebox into the gig and then filling the room with thunder!

Asking $650 Shipped to the CONUS. Not interested in any trades.

bump for the best. I made this same transition within the thunderchild family...

  3. Ever play this with DB? If so, how did it do without the AF? Awesome cab from what I've gathered, been wanting to try one myself for a while now!

Hi - No I have not played a DB with it, so I can't give an opinion on how it performs compared to the AF version for DB. My Thunderchild 115 is an AF version, and honestly I don't hear a big difference in front of the cab when playing my electric.
