    AV are the inicials of a luthier, friend of mine: António Vinhas. He basicly builds anything with strings. :bassist:

    A few weeks ago, he started a new 5 bass guitar. This instrument is all based on a very solid Portuguese walnut, aka Nogueira negra.

  9. whoa! we got ourselves our own Criswell here!

    I personally am not a fan of those downwards pointy lower horns. But the rest of the shape and woods are lovely.
