I just got an Avatar B115 neo, and when I first tested it out I noticed something in the cab is rattling bad, even at low levels. It seems like the sound is coming from the rotary knob/speaon jack area in the back. I've emailed avatar but still havent gotten a reply. Any suggestions as to what I can do to to fix this or what it may be? Thanks

Possible cause of rattling could be the wire coming from the jack resting on the back of the speaker cone. Take up some of the slack in the wire & see if that helps. Oh, a quick way to tell would be to lay the cab on it's back, then play thru it.

You may have already fixed this problem, but check the mounting screws for the speaker driver.
