Avatar B210 Pro tough enough for 5-string?

    How would the Avatar B210 with those big Kappa 10's sound with a passive 5-string?

    Probably not good enough, the on area everyone complains about with the avatar 210s is lack of real bottom.

    Stick it on top of a 115 or 212 and you have a different beast entirely.

    Well, it depends on how loud you'd plan to have it. At low to medium volume, it can handle and convey the low B well enough. Now, if you plan to be loud, as suggested, couple it with another cab (i.e. 1x12, 1x15, 4x10, etc.). I'm speaking from experience as I have the B210 along with other cabs and I have used the 2x10 alone and it worked fine although the cones looked like they wanted to jump outta the cab they were moving so much!!
