Rondo's got a nice 5 string that's $100 off the price but has a bad neck. Why would anyone buy a neckthrough that's so bowed the truss rod can't fix it? Would you try to fix it with a "taller" nut or something?

Rondo kills me! Join the club right... I think I'm getting my first fretless there soon.

Actually I'm curious about that bass. Rondo had the 4 string version up as a b stock with the same description, although it was a lot cheaper at $99 and someone bought one (yes, I said one, becauase as it turned out they sold quite a few off that description, I got one too) and there was nothing wrong with it!

I'm guessing the 4 stringer thing was an oversight on somebody's part, and I'm wondering if we might not be seeing that again. Unfortunately, I'm not willing to spend $190 to find out. :smug:
