    Bacchus Craft Series Jazz Bass

I had this up for sale a while back and it wasn't moving, most people didn't like the EMG's in it originally. So, I took it down, re-appreciated my love for it, and had the electronics replaced. It's currently strung with rounds and has decently low action without buzzing (much lower than I prefer). I was going to finally keep it, but unfortunately some family debt issues are forcing me to sell it off again. Has Dunlop dual-design strap locks installed and the pickguard is currently removed (old photo attached so you can see what it looks like).

    Specs:
    BODY: ASH
    NECK: MAPLE
    FINGER BOARD: ROSEWOOD
    SCALE: 34"
    RADIUS: 12"
    MACHINE HEADS: GOTOH GB1 BLACK
    WIDTH AT NUT: 1.5"
    WEIGHT: 9.5 pounds
    FINISH: URETHANE SUNBURST
    with ORIGINAL GIGBAG

PRICE: $650 plus split shipping to the CONUS (down from $850)

    NO TRADES!

    NO RETURNS!

This bass originally had the pickups and electronics replaced with EMG's, but they weren't my speed. Pickups have now been replaced with Bill Lawrence J-45 jazz pickups. Electronics have been replaced with an Audere system (no Z mode): Vol, Balance, Passive Tone, Bass, Mid, Treble, Mid Freq Switch (chrome). The black switch is actually attached to nothing, I was using it as a "producer's switch".

Another price drop, things are getting thin at home, someone buy this! I wish these were more common, if anyone has played one before, they're much better than any Fender I've had my hands on (minus the Roscoe Beck).

This has been listed locally for a while, but I think it'll be taken into a local store for consignment soon - might be one of my last bumps.

If people only knew about the quality of these instruments, they'd be a household name That's the first thing I do to a J-Bass. Jerk the damn pickguard off of 'em. No pickguards on my '61, '72 & '75 Jazz Basses. Thanks, Jaco? Lol. GLWTS.
