This was originally in the key of Emaj for violin and I have it transposed to Amaj for double bass. Has anyone here played this? I have a few particular questions about fingerings for the double stops. My teacher is helping me with it but I thought it may be helpful to get some insight from someone who has actually played it as well. Also if anyone knows where I can get a recording of this played on double bass or cello it would be greatly appreciated. I have only had the chance to hear it on violin and it would be helpful to hear it in the bass register.

The best version I've heard was recorded by Bernard Cazauran, incredible supersolist.

Do you know if he's made a recording of it available?
