    Hello all.
I have a Squier Vintage Modified 70s jazz bass that I upgraded.
All black hardware; Hipshot tuning keys with extender, tree, Hipshot high mass bridge, Pickguard, and S.D. Quarter Pounders.
I kept all the stock parts.
I am thinking about selling it now. Should I sell it as is(modified, but include the stock parts in the sale), or reload the stock parts, and sell the other stuff separately?
    Thanks for your time.

The resale value would be the same either way. You could bring it back to stock and sell the new parts. You'll make more that way.

Why in the name of God do Seymour Duncan even make pickups that weigh that much?

Thanks Gorn. That was my thoughts, but I wanted a second opinion.

Yeah that's the thing with upgraded Squiers. You put $200 of parts in a $300 bass. It'll sell for $450 right? Nope. $400? $300? By the time it's gone you have $250 in your pocket if you're lucky.

Yup, this is exactly right ^

I'd put it back to stock and sit on the parts for when another project bass comes a long. Unless you bought the parts used you'll lose money selling them. You got nice stuff, save it for future use.
