    I received this Foundation on Saturday. I changed the strings, set it up, and played it in church on Sunday. My goodness, a Super Ferrite Foundation is such an economical way to get a great Jazz Bass sound! Since I have pretty much given up on selling basses, this Foundation will probably stick around forever.

    Congrats Doc you got the one with high grade hardware, they are sooooo sweet. I recently scored a mahogany one with the same that is incredible. Enjoy it.

    I have one of these in the burst finish, they really are great basses. The sound and build quality are way beyond their price point.
