    I'm Phil on and off I have played bass since age 13. I have played in 3 band and am currently playing again with Regnant Populi.Long History with each band and play w lots of big name punk bands from The OC scene. The last band I was with turned into a very successful band after myself and the guitarist left. I tell you it is great to have friends who are successful in the industry.
    I will be doing a short tour in Oct with Regnant Populi. can't wait....It's been over 20 yrs....
