After about a year or so of experimenting with different brands, tensions, lengths and whatever else I found my way back to the strings that gave me my most desired tone. The rotosound swing bass 66 nickel round wounds. I never wanted to turn away from these because I love the tone so much, but at some point I guess I thought their was too much tension and I was lookin for something more flexible. For some reason I decided to give the rotos a go once more and realized how much I missed playing them, missed the tone, and the tension really isn't as bad as people make it out.

I've put them on my Jazz copy and I'm very happy now.
