Bad Fret

    My 14th fret makes a ringish sound like the 15th fret is a high fret any clue how i could fix?Anything with truss rod i could do? Could someone plz explain relief to me thanks.

    You can try to file down the high spot in the fret, though I would take it to a pro to do, if it were my bass.
