I've got an '07 MIA Fender Jazz with string through body. Can I use a Badass Bridge III? I've looked at them online and they say they are for MIA Fender P and J basses but I thought that if you string through the body you can't use a badass bridge.

  2. The Badass III supports string through.

+1 You also receive the ability to not string through the body.

  4. Yeah, but that works for the stock bridge, too...

In my opinion, whatever gains you get for a BAIII does not outweigh the moolah you fork over.

Really? Because my 99 American Jazz Bass only does string through body.

  6. I think it started in 2000.
